***Minnesota fees: Students from Minnesota who have been accepted under the reciprocity agreement. Student must apply for reciprocity, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Applications are available at www.state.nd.us/cte/forms/reciprocity.htm

WUE & MHEC &Students who have proven they are residents of the following states shall pay a tuition rate of 150% of the resident tuition plus fees:Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
