Endowments

In addition to the Annual Fund Campaign and other activities, the Foundation currently manages several trust accounts as part of its Endowment.  Interest earned from these accounts is generally used to provide scholarships. These accounts are listed below:

Contributions to existing trust accounts are accepted and may be sent directly to the MSU-Bottineau Foundation Office.

 

Alumni and friends of the College interested in establishing other restricted trusts are encouraged to contact the Foundation Office for additional information.

MSU-Bottineau uses a generic scholarship application that qualifies prospective and returning students for consideration for all scholarship opportunities.  Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis.  The scholarship committee meets as needed, dependent upon when there is an accumulation of applications to consider.  Thus, prospective students are encouraged to apply for scholarships early in their college choice process.
